Bayreuth Baroque 2023 received several nominations in OPERNWELT for Rediscovery of the Year (Alessandro nell’Indie), Performance of the Year (Alessandro nell’Indie) and CD of the Year (Carlo il Calvo), the winner being Giuseppe Palella for Costume Designer of the Year (Alessandro nell’Indie). Congratulations!
At the International Opera Awards 2023, Bayreuth Baroque is on the shortlist of the 6 best festivals worldwide. Bayreuth Baroque has already won two awards in France: for the best production of the year in 2020 (Carlo il Carlo) and 2022 (Alessandro nell’Indie).
