Dear friends of Baroque music,
we have received a lot of e-mails in the last few days, and we are working on them at full speed. Please excuse us if you do not receive a shot term answer. We are a small team and the questions are sometimes complex. Therefore we are unfortunately unable to offer telephone service at the moment. The few seats that are available because of the large distances that we have to keep – unlike in aeroplanes, buses and trains – unfortunately lead to this bottleneck, which is as annoying for us as it is for you. Therefore, many events are no longer available. If you had to renounce tickets for Carlo il Calvo and are now disappointed, we have the greatest understanding for this. That is why we have just decided to include Carlo il Calvo in our programme for 2021. On 3, 5 and 7 September 2021 the same cast is expected to sing.
Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions we have received so far:
has its debut in 2020 and is designed to take place annually. Our main donors have already committed themselves for several years. We are already planning the 2021 season, which is expected to take place from 1-14 September 2021.
The credit voucher
is valid until the end of 2022, after which it will be extended or paid out. If you have not yet received a credit voucher, you will still receive one. If you have purchased a new ticket since 20.8. without using the credit (because you didn’t have the code or a technical problem occurred), we will refund the voucher on request (otherwise your credit will remain for the exclusive pre-sale for the coming season). To do so, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Gutschein erstatten”.
Most of the customers who have bought here anonymously have now called or sent an e-mail. For explanation: You could not have received a voucher on 20.8. because we did not know you yet and could not identify you with an e-mail address. If you belong to this group and have not yet been in contact with us, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject “Theaterkasse” and send us your contact details.
You will help Bayreuth Baroque tremendously if you do not insist on immediate repayment, but accept a credit balance, which we might even ask for if you bought a ticket before 8.3.2020. If you are still only interested in a refund, please send us – only if you have not already done so! – an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Refund/Erstattung”. In this case, you waive the exclusive advance sale of the 2021 season.
For all events Bayreuth Baroque 2021 you can participate in the exclusive advance sale if you had to do without tickets or still have credit and have not received a refund. We will contact you in autumn.
